This is a space that started with me, but was created for YOU.
Yes, you! The mama, the busy entrepreneur, the cat lady, the plant lady, the "I am too tired and have no idea what I am doing with my life” lady, the “I just need a glass of wine and bubble bath NOW!” lady. It’s for each and every one of you. This is a space where I do the heavy lifting so you don’t have to - a space where you can incrementally evolve, live a more mindful life and do good for yourself, your family and the planet in the process. Here is where you can let it all hang out (TMI is most welcome!) with like-minded warriors and women wanting to nourish our bodies and grow gradually without comparison or conditions.

Kathleen is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with more than 11 years of experience. Prior to launching Kathleen Robins Nutrition, Kathleen served in the US Army where she ran nutrition and medical administrative clinics, worked alongside fellow military dieticians to help heal wounded warriors returning from Iraq and Afghanistan, and helped patients lose weight, fight cancer, and heal from transplants or heart attacks. Kathleen has also published research on the caloric needs of wounded warriors.
