This Goat Cheese Appetizer with Radishes is a great combination of crispy, peppery, and creamy, all in one bite.

  • 1 Bunch raw radishes, stems and roots removed
  • 4 oz Fresh goat cheese (1 log), plain
  • 1/2 tbsp Herbes de Provence
  • 12 Buckwheat Crispbread
  • Coarse salt, to taste
  • Fresh ground pepper, to taste

  1. In a small bowl, mix goat cheese with dried herbs and set aside.
  2. Slice your radish bulbs lengthwise into very thin slices. Note: You can also slice your radishes using a mandolin. In fact, using a mandolin is quicker and ensures you get perfectly thin and even slices each time.
  3. Spread a generous layer of goat cheese on your cracker. Top with sliced radishes, as many or little as you like, and sprinkle with a bit of coarse salt and freshly ground pepper.
