In a small bowl, mix goat cheese with dried herbs and set aside.
Slice your radish bulbs lengthwise into very thin slices. Note: You can also slice your radishes using a mandolin. In fact, using a mandolin is quicker and ensures you get perfectly thin and even slices each time.
Spread a generous layer of goat cheese on your cracker. Top with sliced radishes, as many or little as you like, and sprinkle with a bit of coarse salt and freshly ground pepper.
